We work with Medicare, Medicaid, and many PPO plans.
Before any order is processed, we verify your coverage and explain what is eligible under your plan. This helps prevent denied claims and unexpected charges.
What do I need to get started?

- Basic patient details
- A prescription or physician documentation (for certain items)
How does delivery work?
Once coverage and documentation are confirmed, we coordinate delivery directly to your home.
We offer free delivery throughout Ventura and Los Angeles Counties.
Delivery timelines may vary according on product availability.
Will I have any out-of-pocket costs?
That depends on your insurance plan.
We confirm coverage before fulfillment and explain any copays or non-covered items ahead of time. There are no surprise charges after delivery.
Can doctors or referral partners send patients directly to MaxiMed?
Yes. We work with physicians, clinics, and case managers to coordinate patient intake.
